Your Sound Therapy session begins with a relaxed, heartfelt consultation, giving us time to explore how you're feeling, what has brought you to the session, and what you hope to receive from your experience. This allows your treatment to be thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs.

To begin, I use gentle tuning forks to help attune to your body's energy and gain a sense of where the session may best be focused. This is a calm and gentle process that simply helps guide your personalised sound experience.

You will then be invited to relax comfortably while immersed in a carefully chosen combination of sound. Depending on your preferences, your session may include the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, rainstick, or a blend of these beautiful instruments. Every session is unique, allowing the sounds to support deep relaxation in a way that feels right for you.

Many people describe Sound Therapy as a deeply peaceful experience, leaving them feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded. It offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and simply rest, receive, and reconnect with yourself.

Your session concludes with time to gently reflect on your experience during a short aftercare consultation. Refreshments are provided, along with free parking helping to make your visit as comforting and welcoming as possible.

Every appointment begins with a warm, heartfelt consultation, giving us time to explore how you're feeling, what has brought you here, and what you hope to receive from your session. Together, we'll choose the the time frame for each therapy that feels most supportive for you, each treatment is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive complementary therapy that many people find deeply calming, helping to encourage relaxation, balance, and a sense of inner peace.

Sound Therapy uses the soothing vibrations of carefully selected instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, rainstick, and tuning forks, to create a deeply restorative sound experience. Every session is personalised, allowing the sounds to support relaxation in a way that feels comfortable and nurturing for you.

With a combination Sound and Reiki session you'll be invited to simply rest and receive in a calm, cosy environment where there is nothing expected of you for 2 hours. Many clients leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to themselves after taking this time for their own wellbeing.

The appointment concludes with a gentle aftercare consultation, giving you time to reflect on your experience before returning to your day. Refreshments are provided, along with free parking and easy access by public transport, ensuring your visit is as comfortable and welcoming as possible.
