Immersive Group Sound baths
A sound bath is a gentle, meditative experience where you recline or sit comfortably as vibrational instruments—singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks—are played to weave a layered soundscape that invites deep relaxation and energetic realignment; the sustained tones and overtones gently guide the nervous system toward a restorative parasympathetic state, easing tension, clearing subtle energy pathways, and creating space for inner calm and clarity.
Book your space on our immersive group sound bath events. Whether you seek inner guidance or a moment of calm, each session is held to bring grounding, inner harmony and deep relaxation.
Our immersive, adults-only (18+) Monday evening sound bath is designed as your weekly reset: grounding, held, and deeply relaxing. Over the course of an hour you’ll be cradled in layers of sound from crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, and chimes, allowing tension to unwind and the nervous system to settle.
