Reiki is a gentle non-invasive complimentary therapy that offers you the opportunity to pause, rest and simply receive in universal light force energy. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs with a consultation before and after the session. Reiki may create a peaceful space which encourages the mind, body and spirit into relaxation, restore meridian energy centres and align the body’s metaphysical field with the physical body.

Sound Therapy
Relax into the soothing embrace of sound.
A carefully chosen blend of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan Bowls, chimes and medical grade tuning forks are played. Each instrument is designed around you. Supporting the body and mind by lowering the brainwaves into a deeper relaxed state of being. Creating a ‘sleepy state’ allowing the body to listen to the gentle vibrations of the instruments which helps to support a busy mind, ease body tension and invite a deep sense of calm and well-being.
