Our immersive, adults-only (18+) Monday evening sound bath is designed as your weekly reset: grounding, held, and deeply relaxing. Over the course of an hour you’ll be cradled in layers of sound from crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, and chimes, allowing tension to unwind and the nervous system to settle.

What to expect

  • A calm, supportive space held for adults only

  • Guided beginning to help you settle into a comfortable position (mats and blankets recommended)

  • Immersive soundscape using crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, and chimes

  • Gentle transitions back to waking awareness at the end of the session

Practical details

  • Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in quietly, the session starts at 7pm and we recommended you arrive 10 or 5 minutes early.

  • Dress comfortably and bring anything you need to lounge for an hour (mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle). If you do not have a mat, blanket or pillow please let us know before your session so that we can provide them.

Located at the Hall in forest school prep in Timperley. From 6:50pm to 8pm. Parking on the lane, please be mindful of not blocking driveways.
